Here are some of the music artists from the church Leadership Conference that I attended. I can't do them justice by telling you how good they are -- Here are links for you to watch and listen to them too.
Erik Mongrain -- He plays guitar the traditional way but also does lap guitar. Listen to Airtap and PercusienFa for some really different guitar music. He plays percussion on his guitar. It's Amazing.

This guy, Patrick Hughes, was really an inspiration. He was born with no eyes and couldn't straighten his arms or legs. He began playing the piano when he was 9 months old. The Oprah Show clip has a lot of information about his life and his father. He is now in college and with the help of his dad, they march in the Louisville Marching Band. Go to the Media page and watch at least the Oprah or ESPN clip.

Kirk Franklin had more energy then the Energizer Bunny. His song, "Imagine Me" sang by his group is really great. You can watch the video and print the lyrics to this song. He had other great songs that you can find on YouTube.

African Children's Choir The video "Walking in the Light" shows the talent and passion of these kids.

This is their official website and evidently they were on American Idol. Since I never watch that show, I missed it.

My granddaughter, Kiersten, sent me this. I am so glad when she forwards me e-mails that are meaningful as this one. Thank God for grandchildren who get it. Don't miss the poem at the end.

Whatever your cross,
whatever your pain,
There will always be sunshine,
after the rain ....
Perhaps you may stumble,
perhaps even fall,
But God's always ready,
To answer your call ...
He knows every heartache,
sees every tear,
A word from His lips,
can calm every fear ...
Your sorrows may linger,
throughout the night,
But suddenly vanish,
dawn's early light ...
The Savior is waiting,
somewhere above,
To give you His grace,
and send you His love ..
Whatever your cross,
whatever your pain,
"God always sends rainbows ....
after the rain ... "
